Macallan Edition No.2 Single Malt 700ml

The Macallan "Edition No. 2" Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the second expression in the Edition Series. This is a distinctive limited edition drawn from seven of the finest European and American oak cask styles. It celebrates Macallan's unparalleled oak cask management policy that oversees the entire process from wood sourcing, to finished, seasoned cask. The result is a golden honey colored scotch whisky with vibrant and rich aromas of treacle, ginger and toffee apples with underlying notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and green wood. The warm palate takes time to open up and reveal notes of cracked black pepper, cloves, chocolate, nuts and brown sugar leading up to a medium length finish with balanced notes of liquorice and brandy snaps.
