This 30 year old Hibiki is the top end of their range and part of their appreciation of the beauty of Japanese nature. The special limited release was exclusive to Travel Retail in 2015.

Japanese Blended Whisky
Colour : deep amber
Nose : leather, raisin, prune, sweet chestnut
Palate : brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, cedar and pain d’épices (gingerbread)
Finish : extremely rich, cinnamon and Mizunara (Japanese oak)

An absolutely stunning release from Hibiki. This was awarded the Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008. It was also awarded the coveted title "World's Best Blended Whisky" at the World Whiskies Award in 2007 and 2008! This is stonkingly good stuff!
