Winemaker's note:
Made with one of the quintessential white grapes of the Iberian Peninsula. It is very likely that it originated in the North African area and was planted in the Duero area after the reconquest of Toledo. Above all, it is present in Castilla y León (Rueda), followed by Extremadura and Castilla La Mancha.
Pale yellow, the nose highlights its aromatic power with a mixture of white fruit (apple, pear), citrus and a floral finish. In the mouth it is balanced, with a good acidity that brings freshness to the whole. Pairing: salads, tapas, pasta, rice, seafood.

BODEGAS CRIN ROJA is located in a unique setting, a land of windmills and Don Quijote. Located in Fuente Álamo (Albacete) in a former Iberian, Roman and Arab settlement, it's supplied by vineyards distributed in small plots of shallow, mostly chalky and stony soil.
The winery’s philosophy is clear: to create intensely coloured and flavoured wines from the native soil, which express the purity of the local variety. The winery is supplied by 27 ha of vineyards that grow the local Monastrell (also known as Mourvèdre) variety, carefully fermented and aged in fine grained French and American oak, resulting in elegant wines of intense richness and complexity.
