This is also exceptionally spicy which adds considerably breadth to the otherwise somber and restrained nose of pure, cool and airy extract of red and dark berry fruit aromas. There is good size and weight to the tautly muscled, intense and detailed medium weight plus flavors that are underpinned by firm tannins and evident minerality on the succulent, intense and mouth coating finish. This too is well worth considering if you have the patience to wait.

Consisting entirely of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus (except for Clos de Mazeray in Meursault, an exclusivity), the Domaine produces famous white and red wines.
