Yumesasara, a new sake rice varietal native to Tochigi Prefecture is often associated with elegant, fine-grained and sophisticated sakes. This is no exception, having been awarded a Gold Medal at the National New Sake Awards 2019. Pasteurised once in-bottle, enjoy the crisp and fresh flavors with very clean umami emerging on the mid-palate, with a light and plush ending.
