On the nose
The initial floral notes rapidly lead into glazed fruit, cherries and the zest of citrus fruit. The final notes consist of smoky accents and cocoa.
On the palate
An airy opening; the sensations gradually expand, tighten and affirm themselves in force, becoming dense and precise.

Dom Perignon named after a 17th century Benedictine monk who was an important quality pioneer for Champagne wine.
A rigorous selection process in both the vineyard and winery ensures that only the best grapes go into Dom Pérignon champagne. The final composition changes every vintage: at times a blend in perfectly equal proportions, at times up to 60% Chardonnay or 60% Pinot noir.
