Palate: Silky and luscious with concentrated flavours of mocha, chocolate and fruit cake. These flavours evolve and complex into salted plum and savoury spices, lingering on and on in a perfectly balanced finish.
Peak drinking: This wine has been aged in small wood for an average of 50 years. Immediately upon release drinking optimally.

Yattarna reflects Penfolds patience and continued commitment to its original goal, its very name being drawn from the Aboriginal language, meaning 'little by little, gradually.'
