Glenfiddich 1961 35 Year Old Vintage Reserve Cask 9015 (Bottled 2000) Single Malt w/box 700ml

Whiskymaker's note:
Color: Greeny Gold
Nose: Astonishingly fragrant. A gentle emergence of aromas, pine needles, cypress, box trees, grass, peat, very faint smokiness
Palate: Delicately creamy. At first, the dominant taste is reminiscent of white chocolate. The vanilla notes from the oak are very restrained. Then comes bitter chocolate, a suggestion of ripe bananas and chopped almonds.
Finish: Becomes much less sweet. Orange zest, lemon fudge, coconut and then a toasty dryness/ beru deftly balanced.
