Nose: Toffee apple, dates and vanilla pod overlay cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg spices with a background of wood smoke and polished oak.
Palate: Wood spices and smoke prominent, touched with peaches and dates.
Finish: Fruit, spice, oak, slightly dry.
