Grandson of the legendary Henry Leroy (founder of Maison leroy) and co owner of the Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Henri Frederic Roch founded his own domaine in 1988. Located in Premeaux the domaine owns top holdings between Nuits Saint Georges and Gevrey Chambertin. Henri Frederic pasted away in 2018 his visionary and passionate spirits still lives in the domaine’s walls. Farming is strictly organic and vinification is made with whole cluster. The wines are light in colour and emphasize perfume and terroir. Wines from Prieure Roch are a style on their own.

Domaine Prieuré Roch is a Burgundy producer with vineyard holdings throughout the Côte d'Or but mostly concentrated in Nuit-Saint-Goerges. Wines are made from a number of designated appellations with Pinot Noir being the flagship variety, however vineyards in the Côte de Beaune also produce Chardonnay. It was founded in 1988 by Henry-Frédéric Roch, a member of the Leroy family and co-owner and co-director of the legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti since 1992.
