NOSE Dried fruits ripen, then soften showing off a velvet sateen. Vanilla accompanies green apple. Ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon create an ensemble in the background, as polished oak plays with a depth of resinous, juicy oranges.
PALATE Rich in wood spices slowly showing all their viscosity. Wood smoke.
FINISH Heavier raisin and sultana flavors then take over, meandering to a long full finish.
